Are You Someone’s Answer to Prayer?

Posted by: Bridgett.

What’s my purpose? Have I been called to do something great? Is there even one big thing I’m supposed to do in life that will reach beyond my own little world?

These are questions we all ask at one time or another. Still, most days, our minds are filled with far less grand concerns.

What will I make for dinner? Do I have enough in the bank to pay the bills? How will I pass this math test? Where will I find ideas for my next blog post….

The list goes on.

Have you ever stopped to think, though, that in the midst of the day-to-day rut, this hour, this moment, you could be in this place for a reason that has little or nothing to do with your concerns—the grand ones or the mundane?

What if…for that tiny space of time, you are someone else’s answer to prayer?

One small act of kindness may seem ordinary or even insignificant, but to the person who has been praying for help, it could be monumental. You or I could change a life and never know it.

Just something to think about as we go through the routines of our week.

Your turn to Shed Your Light below…

We’d like to hear your story. When has someone been in the right place at the right time to bring an answer to your prayer?
