The dream only you can see

Posted by Rebecca.

We all have dreams, right? (Well, I hope you do.) Things we would love to do, see, experience. What’s stopping you from taking a chance and pursuing them?

Dreams are very personal. The quote above is true, the dream you have is something only you can see. Something God placed in YOUR heart, no one else’s. What you are going to do, or better yet, what are willing to do with that dream?

Ecclesiastes 5:3 says “A dream comes about with much business and painful effort.”

Time is going to pass anyways. You have two choices. You can do nothing, stay safe, and give yourself excuses why you “can’t”. OR, you can take a chance. Capitalize on the gifts you’ve been given and that dream inside your heart, be bold.

If you don’t have a dream, get one. If you have a dream, lace up your running shoes, take a chance, and pursue it with everything you’ve got! “But…” you say. (Face.In.Palm.) That “but” is only fear. So is listening to Pessimistic Patty tell you all the reasons why your dream won’t ever come true. #1 She’s jealous #2 You need a new friend.

Do the hard work to pursue and achieve your dreams. You are worth the effort it will take. And that dream, will come true. You may even inspire someone else. How cool would that be?
